CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure everyone gets the time and attention they deserve, a 10-minute grace period is offered for appointments. Arriving after this time will unfortunately result in a cancellation to keep things on schedule. Just a quick reminder: all deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, or do not show up to the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. If a reschedule is needed, please provide 24 hours’ notice, and the deposit can be transferred to a new date. Same-day rescheduling cannot be accommodated. Thanks so much for understanding!
